FPIW Action Refund Policy

FPIW Action is a 501(c)4 nonprofit organization that engages in lobbying to influence elected leaders and the general public with respect to elections, legislative matters, or referendums. According to IRS Code section 162(e) donations related to these activities are not tax-deductible. 

If you have made a donation, and wish to have that donation refunded, please contact FPIW Action’s office manager at info@fpiwaction.org or by calling (425) 608-0242. Please provide a brief explanation to why you are seeking a refund and also the date and time of when the donation was made and a refund will be issued in 1-2 business days.
