The End of Session

To Our Defenders:

The 2026 Legislative Session has come to a close, and it is one for the history books. As you know, this was a difficult Session in many ways, but there are some good things to recognize, too. We are finishing up our annual Final Report called “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”. Please keep an eye out for it, as it will be released within the week. We covered a new record of 555 bills, and the Final Report will share the highlights and the lowlights.
